- New England Wax reviews member applications once a year in November. Applications are due by September 30th.

Member requirements
- An artist working with encaustic or other wax-based mediums and living in one of the six New England states
- Commitment to supporting the organization through active participation on one or more working committees
- Must communicate in a timely fashion via email to individuals and to the group via email through the groups.io platform.
- Must attend three meetings yearly
- One-time member fee of $100 plus annual dues
- Two recommendations (ideally from current members of New England Wax)
